1. The BUILTREADY Blitz

• Refund Period: We offer a 24-hour refund policy for 'The BUILTREADY Blitz.'
• Refund Request: To request a refund, please email [email protected] within 24 hours of joining. State the reason for your refund request.
• Refund Processing: Refunds for 'The BUILTREADY Blitz' will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Refund Denials: A refund will be denied if more than 24 hours have passed since joining, for a change of mind, or forgetting to request cancellation before your monthly renewal date.

2. 1:1 Coaching

• Refund Policy: All 1:1 coaching memberships are non-refundable.
• Refund Denials: Refunds will be denied for reasons such as non-compliance, not booking scheduled sessions, inability to attend sessions, change of mind, or failure to request cancellation before the monthly renewal date.

3. General Refund Information

• Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow 4-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.
