BUILTREADY
The Fieldhouse / Heath's Training App

Built For The Work. Ready For The Call.

The Fieldhouse is the training program Heath runs every week. The actual workouts. The actual standard. Six days, under sixty minutes, built for the man with a job, a family, and a calling that demands he stay strong.

"He trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle."
Psalm 144:1

The Body Is A Stewardship.

The body is not your identity. But weakness is not your inheritance either.

A man called to lead his home, his work, and his witness must be capable. Capable men do not happen by accident. They are built. Day by day. Set by set. Year by year.

The Fieldhouse is where you build. Six days a week. Under sixty minutes. The actual workouts Heath runs himself, written for the man who is done playing fitness games and ready to put his body to work for something that matters.

Six Days. One Standard.

Every week of programming is built around five training elements. They work together. They build on each other. The result is a man who is stronger, more athletic, and more capable than he was the week before.

01

Strength & Power

Wave-loaded squats and deadlifts with contrast training. Real-world strength. Real-world explosiveness. The kind of force you can call on when life demands it.

02

Mass & Density

Dedicated pressing, pulling, and arm volume. So you carry yourself like a man who lifts. Hypertrophy that holds up under load.

03

Athletic Conditioning

Sprints, sled work, and short intervals. Capacity that does not eat your strength. The kind of conditioning a former athlete still respects.

04

Strategic Recovery

Zone 2 cardio and programmed deload weeks. Built so you train hard for the long haul. So you are still going strong when other men have quit.

05

Fresh Programming Weekly

Heath writes the programming. You train it. You get a notification when it drops. No guesswork. No staring at a static plan you bought a year ago.

06

Scales For Every Man

Whether you are a former athlete getting back to it or a man new to lifting, the programming scales. Same standard. Adjusted to your starting line.

Built For The Working Man.

This is not a competitor's plan. It is not a powerlifter's plan. It is not a CrossFit imitation. It is a real strength and conditioning program designed for the man who has a job, a family, and a calling, and still wants to be the strongest, most capable version of himself.

Who This Is Built For.

Not every program is for every man. The Fieldhouse is specific. If the description below sounds like you, get in. If it does not, save your money.

Get In If You Are

  • A man with a job, a family, or both, and you still want to be physically capable
  • A former athlete who knows what real training feels like and wants it back
  • A man who lifts for purpose, not for the mirror
  • A Christian man who treats his body as a stewardship
  • Done with random workouts and ready for a real plan

Do Not Buy If You Are

  • A competitor training for a podium
  • A cardio junkie chasing endless miles
  • Looking for a 30-day challenge (BUILTREADY 30 is what you want)
  • Looking for a daily dopamine hit instead of a real plan
  • Not willing to commit at least four real sessions per week

FAQ.

Do I need to be in shape to start?

No. The programming scales for every fitness level. Beginner to advanced, the same standard, scaled to where you are starting from. If you can show up four or more times a week, you can do this.

What equipment do I need?

A standard gym setup. Barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, a pull-up bar, and one piece of conditioning equipment (bike, rower, sled, or even a hill). A basic commercial gym or a decent home gym works.

How much time per week?

Plan on five 45 to 60 minute sessions plus one active recovery day. About four to five hours of training a week. If you cannot give that, this is not the right program for you.

What if I miss a week?

You pick up where you left off. The programming is structured in 4-week blocks. Miss a session, miss a few, get back in. The work waits.

How is this different from BUILTREADY 30?

The Fieldhouse is the year-round training program. The Body Pillar of BUILTREADY. BUILTREADY 30 is the 30-day discipline filter that includes scripture, cold, food, leadership, and lockdown alongside training. Different jobs. Many men do both.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly subscription cancels anytime through TrainHeroic. Annual is a one-time payment that runs for twelve months from purchase.

The Work Is Waiting.

Get in. Put in the work. Stay sharp for the people who need you strong. The Fieldhouse is open. Heath is in there every week. So are the men who decided their body was worth training.
